You test the hardware in real-world conditions. If field trials show that you need to add a sensor, change a pinout, or swap a component, we rapidly re-route the board and spin up a V2 prototype without massive overhead costs.

Case Studies
The Challenge: A B2B fleet management SaaS needed to fully automate fleet fuel dispensing and commercial fuel terminal control. The goal was to enable unattended, card-authorized fuel authorization and real-time level tracking, but the existing station hardware lacked any cloud connectivity.

The Hardware: Custom IoT gateway based on ESP32, featuring isolated RS-485 and Modbus interfaces, integrated LTE backhaul, and automated relay control lines.

The Result: The client integrated the gateway directly into their AWS/Firebase infrastructure via a clean API. This enabled secure, cloud-driven card authentication for self-service fuel dispensing alongside real-time inventory monitoring under a subscription model.
Custom Navigation & Telemetry Flight Controller (NDA)
The Challenge: An autonomous marine robotics company needed a specialized flight controller tailored for robotic vessels and bait boats with non-standard differential thrust configurations.

The Hardware: A high-performance hardware target designed specifically around the STM32H743 architecture, customized and fully ported to work seamlessly with INAV/ArduPilot firmware.

The Result: Reliable, custom-routed hardware that eliminated unnecessary off-the-shelf components, giving the client full control over their vessel’s autonomous navigation stack.
Industrial Machine Error & Defect Monitoring Module (NDA)
The Challenge: A manufacturing execution system (MES) provider needed a non-invasive way to monitor legacy production machinery, track operator shifts, and automatically detect cycle anomalies or defects.

The Hardware: A custom edge node built on the ESP32 architecture, featuring an integrated NFC module for operator authentication and high-precision isolated current sensors (hall-effect) to analyze the machine's power signatures.

The Result: The module identifies specific defect patterns based on real-time current consumption spikes and maps them to active operator shifts via NFC, streaming clean telemetry straight to the client's cloud platform.
